Magnetic Bracelets For Tendonitis
I have been wearing a ‘Thermoskin’ wrist support since January to make life with tendonitis bearable. I think a magnetic bracelet is well worth a try, but would need to wear the wrist support too. Is this possible? The metal bar on the inside appears to be made of aluminium - it certainly is not a magnetic metal. Judith Fricker
It would be perfectly safe for you to use a magnetic bracelet as well as your support.
You must wear the magnetic bracelet all the time and choose a bracelet with high strength magnets in.
High strength stainless steel magnetic bracelets that have a 3,000 gauss magnet in each link will be the best type of magnetic treatment for you.
Make sure that the bracelet is touching the skin and not on top of the support. If the support is a thick design then it will stop the magnetism from being absorbed into the skin properly, so it is best to wear it next to the skin.
Drinkng magnetised water will also help you as it will increase the effectivness of the magnets by allowing the body a 2nd source of magnetism that can be absorbed quickly through the lining of the digestive system and into the blood stream.
